MDT Coşkun Kasapoğlu has been widely respected for his exceptional laboratory rehabilitations, refined aesthetic concepts, and his ability to communicate complex ceramic techniques. His work reflects a deep understanding of colour in dentistry, mastering the three essential dimensions of shade reproduction: value, hue, and chroma, while translating these principles into lifelike metal-free restorations.
This lecture will explore the creative and technical potential of contemporary ceramic systems such as IPS e.max Ceram Art and advanced zirconia materials including 3Y, 4Y, and 5Y-TZP. Special focus will be placed on the emerging concept of “liquid ceramic”, an innovative technique using fine structured ceramic powder that allow technicians to stain, characterize, and layer restorations with painter-like precision.
