Welcome to the Ivodent eCademy, a platform that facilitates post-grad learning, online and in-person courses in our Ivodent Ivoclar Partner Academy in Cape Town and at other venues nationally. For Southern African dental clinicians, technicians, hygienists, assistants, therapists and students.
Simply register (once off) to create your profile and access on-demand and live webinars, virtual workshops and details on events – a mix of free and paid for. Pay on the platform to secure your seat. Further details under ‘How Does it Work?’ below!

How does it Work?

If you are a first-time user, simply click Register to create your free member Profile. An email will be sent to your inbox (or check spam) to activate. Once done return to the site, login with your email and password (save for easy future access) and then you’ll be good to go and view or purchase courses.

A log of all the courses you select to view and purchase are saved in your Profile under the My Account tab.
You can also access the course links on this page. Personalised certificates for CPD courses, with CE points approved by relevant industry bodies, are automatically generated (after a Q&A pass) and stored next to the listed course on your Profile page. You can access these as needed.

Our On-Demand courses are mostly free, some are paid for (some with materials included).
Choose your Learning Path: Dentist (clinical), Dental Technician (technical) or Oral Hygienist.
Content for Dental Assistants and Dental Therapists can be found here (only for students at this time).

We offer live, hands-on, virtual workshop Zoom webinars, with in-person options (free and paid for).
We also continue to offer in-person training at Ivodent’s headquarters in Cape Town in the Ivodent Ivoclar Partner Academy, and at selected venues nationally. These can be booked and paid for on the platform too (with a post-event quiz and certificate stored on your Profile for easy access later).

Payment for paid for courses will be facilitated on the platform through Peach Payments, with an Ivodent Invoice incl VAT number. For courses that include product kits you need an Ivodent trading account with us (by law for medical devices) – you can apply online here. You can apply for one after a course purchase, we will connect with you to do this when your order comes in (before we can dispatch product).

In our Suppliers section, you’ll find constantly updated training, product and tips & tricks videos from Ivodent’s partners and suppliers.
